Thankfully racketeering is still solid. Trump has good company with Al Capone, Gambino, Genovese, Lucchese, Giuliani (!), etc., who all got caught up in Rico charges.

I'm starting to come to the conclusion about three things: first, Trump is never going to jail no matter the outcome of any trial; Second, the criminal trials will continue well into 2026 or later courtesy of the SCOTUS; Last, the true death blow to Trump will be the money trials. No delays, no appeals, nothing ahead for Trump but total and final financial ruin. He will be broke and broken.

I am in fact about to go out and walk a neighbor dog. She will spin around and around for the greeting and bring me a toy.

I still think Trump will see the hard nose of justice. It took awhile for the Feds to bust Al Capone. Trump and his people are wounded animals, and there are more of us than there are of them, come voting booth day. Cheerio, Wonkateers!

"Go outside and play with some dogs or something."

Or garden. Or walk. Or sit. Get some fresh air.

You know it makes you feel better! *thumbs up emoji*

Just go ahead and drop all the charges. We're done here. Other means will have to be employed to save our democracy. So you can go ahead drop all pretenses that we have justice in this country. At least show ys enough respect to stop lying to us. You're only fooling yourself if you think that we don't see you

I saw a 'splainer ( at WaPo, maybe ) that McAfee discarded the charge about Trump soliciting the Sec'y of State to "find" 11,000+ votes because there was no real expectation that Raffensberger would or could actually do that. That struck me as specious reasoning - just because it couldn't be done, doesn't mean that asking for it to be done was any less illegal.

The ONLY way we make sure Mango Unchained sees the inside of a jail cell is if we ALL vote en masse this November. In fact the ad should basically say "Want to see Trump face Justice? Vote!"
