She should be getting paid boucoup bucks for each interview and for the book deal (content not as important as the book's author (and, probably, ghost writer) and subject. Once her lawyer gets her officially released from the NDA maybe Tony Schwartz will cut a deal with her. I'll bet, if they do cut a deal, that she actually gives him proper payment and credit. I mean, he'd probably do it for a discounted rate but you gotta pay your bills and I doubt that she would expect a discount.
