Sorry to be on the other side of this, but wild horses are invasive exotics and are damaging the desert prairies. Their only effective predator is mountain lions and lions are in short supply. Very few people have the desire and resources to take them on as domestic animals. I live a couple of miles from a BLM horse and burro facility. Like any herbivore without predators, they overpopulate and end up starving. Oh, I entirely agree that Stewart is a shithead who wants to implement lots of bad policies. Culling the horses is not one of them.
