It looks to me like that warning happens every once in a while at random. I see you already solved your issue, so my advice is now pointless but you could have just waited until it stopped giving that message.

When I was in high school, one of our theater kids did a masterpiece of drag as our (female) principal as the MC for the end of year grad and our principal loved it. That same theater kid was also the only white guy in the African dance class (surrounded by Black girls) because it was the only elective that fit into his schedule in senior year, and he had a blast and they loved him. He went on to be a Broadway troupe member. (He did not transition, although several other folks from our high school eventually did once they left for college, because drag performance and being trans are two wholly different things. Although I wouldn't have been surprised if he now identifies as NB. He definitely would have fallen under the more general "queer" category back in the day.)
All of this is to say that bigotry and bullying are cultural artifacts that CAN be stamped out of high schools by administrators and teachers who genuinely want to make all of their students welcome.
Its a choice by these schools not to do so. It's a choice to be hateful.
