Well the first Constitutional question that needs to be answered in this case is are black people even allowed to walk around freely in 2023 America?

I read in one article that an attorney said “it’s only the second shot that’s concerning” because he wouldn’t be able to use the stand your ground defense. First shot to the head through your own door I guess is perfectly fine. DOJ better be all over this

Well, TBF, there’s a chance that the kid was trying to CRT the white dude. That is, of course, a capital offense.

Yep, that is “concerning”. The fact that he could possibly be exonerated if he had only shot an innocent Black teenager who rang his doorbell once is very “concerning”. It’s also a fucking travesty of justice.I hope that mothefucker never gets out of prison.

Police executing no-knock warrant on wrong house, kill black people inside. Black kid rings doorbell at wrong house, gets executed.

What I find most baffling is how this guy thought civil liability would pan out. It would almost be more fitting if he ended up free but on the hook for a good part of his remaining lifetime income in damages. Almost.

In North Georgia several years ago, an elderly Alzheimers patient was was wandering in the middle of the night. He rang some guy's doorbell and the guy shot him dead. Because people who plan to rob you or do you harm always ring the bell. This guy wasn't even charged. I feel like he should be rotting in jail.

Because the shooting in Alabama isn't providing any information of the shooter - or even if someone's in custody - I'm going to assume 'old white guy doesn't need bothered'. Those folks in Alabama need to know if someone's out on their streets.
