She didn't ask the question, because she said "This is 2020, the president was elected in 2016," which wraps it up.

Apparently that "Blame China" thing has some legs with the Trumpsters. I'm sure it will make them feel much better when they're trying to breathe with the aid of bicycle pumps.

Navarro says, "We've got 43,000 ventilators at least that are coming from Phillips. We work with GM and Ventec and they may be able to produce as many as 80,000 by the end of the year."Thanks a lot for this. This is the first time I'v seen one of these gombeens admit that they can't make a million by next Tuesday. This is reality. And, frankly, even if they had started ordering this stuff back in January, as they should have, stocks on hand right now would still only be a small fraction of what we will need. Didn't anybody pay attention when the Obama team showed them the playbook on pandemics? Oh, never mind, no they didn't. They thought the Obama people were trolling them, because that's what they will do if a Democrat team comes in. It's all projection.

Because 6 corporations (or is it 5 now?) own 95% of the all news media, and because they are corporations they can't get sick and die, and the people who make decisions there believe they can't get sick and die, either.

When you look closely at the Trump administration's actions there's just two goals. Preserve their portfolios and reelect Trump and in that order. Dead people ain't a problem. People dying from the lack of equipment isn't a bug, it's a feature.

If you pull out the CPU, is there a chance of replacing it with a functional one? A Dr. Guillotine tells me this is not possible, but I'm curious.

The thing that always chaps my ass when I see and hear these guys is that it's obvious that they think it can't happen to them! By virtue of their status, they are far more protected than most people, so they seem to think they aren't vulnerable. What interesting is how poorly they are modeling good behavior when they appear on camera to tell us all to shelter in place, they stand shoulder to shoulder in groups. It will be ironic whenthe virus sweeps through their ranks.

Wonder how many of them will have deathbed regrets.

Do you really think so? Dementia, and not plain old ordinary dishonesty and hypocrisy?
