Honestly, I post this every time the "American media" is mentioned on here. Until that disparity is addressed and corrected, Americans will NEVER hear the truth.
It’s a slow day at the office, so one starts musing about Jen Psaki’s consistently simple (but elegant and fashionable) clothing, and then one’s mind wanders. Can we photo-edit her into something more fun? That led to pondering what her job would be in Starfleet, then what her title would be in a monarchy, then what sort of heraldic arms she might have.
She was born and raised in Connecticut to Greek-Irish parents (and there’s some Polish mixed in there).
So…. In proper Norman-French heraldspeak, “Argent, a grape arbor proper between two crosses vert, a base gules.” The grape arbor is stolen right off the Connecticut state flag. The two crosses are “Greek” crosses, and green for Ireland. The red at the bottom not only adds more color, but is intended to evoke the white and red flag of Poland. As far as a title, “Lady Psaki, the Marchioness of Connecticut”…..
He sure liked to hang with Top Scientists when he could.
An acquintance of mine was a student at Harvard, who earned some money working for a bio/anthropology lab of some kind. This lab always had the best stuff, with nice coffee machines and stuff. One day the great benefactor shows up -- guess who -- with a floozy who looked about 20. My acquaintance (an extremely competent young woman) found this very peculiar and quite disturbing, as any reasonable person would. But apparently people were quite happy to overlook it for the gusher of cash.
Everybody listen to Elie Mystal Esq right now I mean RIGHT NOW

I am very annoyed with the OSTP appointment.
How hard is it to choose a scientist who did not go to parties with Epstein? Whose organization was not listed on the child rapist web page?

A taco is hard to mess up. Enchiladas though, I find that they can range quite a bit in quality even at a Mexican place that's good at other things.
Trivia: Psaki is Polish for "puppies"

I assume the benefactor's name was carved over the door in huge letters?
