The IOC was as dirty as FIFA. Both sides don't do it. IOC and FIFA have both been shown to be corrupt from awarding sites (Sochi, Beijing x 2 , Rio, Dubai) to the level of officiating (Mens' Basketball 1972, Women's fencing and others.)
