Who Needs To Be Shot? Fox News Has Some Ideas!

Fox News was certainly in a mood to reassure America's gun humpers that guns are good, guns make America good, and if you have a gun, you should definitely use it against anyone you think is a threat, because the Constitution says you get to shoot people. IT'S IN THE CONSTITUTION. Which is why, when Beto O'Rourke said he would like to ban and then have a mandatory buyback of certain beloved semiautomatic rifles, then repeated it with a Hell Yes in last Thursday's debate, Fox News talkers on Friday were happy to help their viewers with target selection. They stopped short of threatening Beto O'Rourke himself, but they're very certain there will be a bloodbath if anyone tries to take the guns. If that's not proof that America's responsible gun owners are law abiding, what is?

On Fox's "The Five" Friday, cohost Jesse Watters explained that any new gun control measures would surely be abused, even the one measure some Republicans support. "Red flag" laws designed to temporarily get guns away from someone threatening to harm themselves or others, he said, would surely be exploited by "crazy liberals" who would just call the cops and accuse their Fox-watching neighbors of being spouse- or child-abusers, and then the cops would take their guns, because that is precisely how court orders work.

Apparently Mr. Watters has never heard that filing a false police report is a crime. Haha, as if liberals are constrained by "the law"!

As the segment progressed, Watters explained to stupid liberal person Juan Williams that there's simply no way to take away people's beloved bullet hoses, because assault weapon owners are exactly the sort of cop-killing sociopaths who'd shoot the cops coming to take their guns away. O'Rourke had said, fairly plainly, "You know what? If you have a gun that's made for the battlefield, you shouldn't have it in your home," and that actually was pretty popular with the Democratic debate audience.

Watters invoked the jack-booted thugs who would surely be needed to accomplish such a thing. And if they try it, law abiding gun owners will have no choice!

Watters: So, you think that people going door to door taking legally purchased weapons is a good idea?

Williams: No, no, no. I think -- look, that's fear mongering, talking about "Oh, you got to go door to door" --

Watters: Because that's actually going to cause more violence [...] This is going to cost more lives than mass shootings would cost.

Williams: No, come on--

Watters: You're kidding me? You are going to go to people and say, "Hey, hand it over, give it the hell to me"?

Clearly, anyone who would try such a thing is just asking for a lot of cops to get shot. Watters won't sit still for the likes of Juan Williams, who wants to round up the guns, or Beto O'Rourke, who also never said anything about going "door for door" trick-or-treating for AR-15s.

Now that Beto O'Rourke has become such a radical cop-killing advocate -- people will have no choice! -- even moderates like Watters are now never going to be able to budge, and isn't that a shame?

Also on Friday, Fox Nation host Tomi Lahren was a guest on Fox Business host Stuart Varney's show, explaining that the Constitution gives you the inalienable right to shoot immigrants in self defense, because it just does. At least if you live in the Heartland.

Triggered Luger congratulated O'Rourke for finally admitting that Dems have always wanted to take all the guns, because even though O'Rourke is talking about only one type of gun (which the Heller decision allows states to ban ), clearly he meant total confiscation, and that means Donald Trump will surely be reelected, which is only logic! You see, the Framers knew that 9-1-1 is a JOKE,

And you can't depend on the government to protect you at all times. That's what so many Americans forget, is they put their safety and security in the hands of the government. The government is going to fail you.

Varney added that the beauty of American freedom is that sometimes you have to shoot the government, too:

But the government — what I like about America is that we're the only country in the world where armed citizens are allowed — just in case the government gets out of line. That makes America unique. It's one of the things that really appeals to me about America. And you never hear about that.

How true this is. You NEVER hear people calling for armed citizens to keep the government in line. It's a very little-known thing! Except on those rare daily occasions when wingnuts call for the tree of liberty to be watered with the blood of tyrants.

Turkeyshoot Lever-Action somehow got from the sacred constitutional right to murder the government to the sacred constitutional right to blow away immigrants, at least if Democrats let 'em in and you don't know what their motives are (their motives are rape and murder, duh):

Well, that's what Second Amendment activists, and people that are for the Second Amendment, Second Amendment rights, remind people over and over and over again. This is your right, your right to protect and defend yourself and your family. And all the things the Democrats want to put in place — my goodness, if they want to open our borders, you better be sure the people in Texas, the people in South Dakota, the people in the middle of this country, we are going to be armed and ready, because we have to have a means to defend ourselves from — who knows who's coming in? That's the thing, we don't know, and we have to be able to protect ourselves.

We don't know those people, so they need a good shooting to keep 'em honest.

It's a valid point! Just be sure that you have enough ammo to kill both the immigrants and the cops, because it's a target-rich environment out there. You may also want to shoot some liberals before they accuse you of abusing your spouse and family and then the cops come for your guns again.

In conclusion, it was a day ending in paranoia and gun fondling on Fox. Be afraid! No, MORE afraid!
