McAuliffe could have had all the money he wanted, he's the one most responsible for creating the 'Third Way' movement in the Democratic Party which sold the Party (and the nation's future) to Wall Street in exchange for campaign money.

So where's all the breathless analysis about why Phil Murphy mopped the floor with Jack Ciattarelli in New Jersey? You know, all the bewildered speculations about what went wrong and why is Ciattarelli voting booth poison and all that? It is there, right?

This makes me feel so very tired. We all have to keep our eyes on the prize, but the prize seems like a mirage, shimmering on the horizon, that can't be reached. I need to recharge.

Let's not forget there was sexual assault case out of Loudon County that was pushed as a case of trans policies putting young girls in danger.The reality that it was dating violence between two people who knew each and not a result of trans policies but isn't the message that stuck.

It starting annoying me in high school and has ever since that "world history" always starts with Sumerians, then Bronze Age Middle East, then Greeks, then Romans, then European Middle Age and Renaissance, and for us Americans, then the colonization of the Americas ending with history of the US. I always wondered, what about the rest of the world? I finally realized if I wanted to know, I'd have to learn it myself. And I've been doing that as I get time and opportunity ever since. I'm working my way through the globe. I still haven't done India yet though; that's still on my list.
