When she says that "one Ebola case" is an opinion, she means that it may seem to be a fact, but she's playing advanced 4th dimensional mind chess people! How does anyone really know that there's only one case, what with Ebola infected Mexicans coming across the border holding soccer-themed prayer rugs or the scores of terrorist cells that are carrying bottles of Ebola infected urine, otherwise know as Ebola juice, just waiting to pounce. She is able to compute all of these facts together in a way that the average mind simply can't.
