Neilist was funny and fun to joust with and/or troll. But probably not real healthy in and of himself. A lawyer, if he was to be believed, and, judging from his admiration for judge Vaughn Walker's decision on Prop 8, maybe gay.

Why does the GOP need to "work the refs"? The refs do a good job working themselves over.

They are being too emotional by calling them "26 people."

Politico should say "26 area residents." Also, let's not say "lost their lives." How about "26 area residents who were no longer living."

Actually it is probably biased towards emotion using that fairly shocking large number. "Around two dozen area residents became unable to participate in most daily activities." YOU'RE WELCOME, POLITICO
