I can understand how you don't have time to read every decision. Apparently the Virginia judge's decision was a masterpiece.

What I found particularly interesting (I learned this from Rachel Maddow) is that Ted Olson agreed to work on the Virginia case because that state had the landmark decision that folks of difference races (human and....?) could legally marry each other.

Now, this show of emotions is just about recognizing same-sex marriage from other states, right? Not about actually allowing them in Kentucky? Discrimination is bad...but not that bad.
