Tillerson didn't get the "Order of Friendship" for nothing. Bill Browder, he is this guy. Born in America, citizen of the Empire of the Britishes. Also, he was at one time the biggest foreign investor in Russia. Browder's firm, Hermitage Capital Management, uncovered MASSIVE fraud committed by Vladimir Putin and his oligarchs, and Browder and his Russian lawyer Sergei Magnitsky were working to expose the corruption they found. In response, Putin's thugs tortured Magnitsky to death in prison (AHEM "ALLEGEDLY").
What a mess. Part of me is like fuck this rich guy who renounced citizenship over money. On the other hand fuck Trump. Underground railroad style protection for Browder and other enemies of Putin
The way I read it is a person on one of these diffusion notices turns up one police and customs databases world wide, and ordinary coppers don't know why, they just see the "wanted" marker. What is the important thing here is if the US then intervenes in this automatic process.
Other than restricting Browder's travel, this diffusion could be the kind of thing that might be discreetly (possibly regularly) ignored by European nations reasonably afraid of Putin/Trump. "The diffusions, which are automatically circulated to all 192 members, often stay in national police databases even if Interpol later deletes them from its central system."
Did he renounce his US citizenship for a Russian citizenship? If so, that's unfortunate. Did he really think he would free market and all that as a Russian citizen and then go and come as he pleases from the Kremlin? Just WOW! DT would not protect such a person if Putin wanted his head on a pike. This is confounding and Browder was stupid.
So she can shoot farm turkeys from a helicopter? I'd rather watch our guys hand him a bag with an angry raccoon in it.
Obviously fake. That statement makes too much sense to be coming from Trump.
crap.crap.crap.crap.crap.Putin's America scares me a lot. Don Putin will never face justice.
isn't he a citizen of the UK? that seems like an odd place to go if you're mad about paying too much in taxes.
Do UK citizens normally need a visa to come to the United States? 🤔
Pee tape.

Why? Because Putin commanded Dotard to do it, so we did it.
Donald Trump is trying to get this man killed, on orders from Vladimir Putin.
PLEASE HURRY, Mr. Mueller.
A night of urine-soaked debauchery is the least of it.
Trump colluded with our enemy to steal the election. This is firing-squad level treason.
or, more generally, "what has t'Rump done today to fuck over the non-1%ers today?"

Don't forget that Rexxon was awarded awarded Russia's Order of Friendship. It's not all Trump here.
He's British. (Worth reading his book, Red Notice, btw. It starts off a bit slowly, and the writing is just so-so, but the story is just so bizarre.)
