The sad thing is that people are seriously arguing this as a flaw in the plan. That or the worker won't see any appreciable benefit as their taxes will go up as their pay goes up.

So closing a loophole that allowed workplaces to designate people "management" without actually giving them any management authority solely to block them from overtime is "redistribution" and "socialism"?
