I remember when John McCain had a brief moment of sanity when he knew he was going to lose the election and he told that crazy lady "no, ma'am, Mr. Obama is not a Muslim, and he's a good family man." Maybe Cindy told him she'd cut HIM out of the will if he didn't stop acting half way normal.
I'm hopeful they'll grow up okay. My best friend's mom is as liberal as they come and he is too. With any luck, the worst that'll happen is that they- though it will break our hearts- won't be into the same video games that mom and dad like. "Daddy, I won't DPS for you and mom! I don't even like Warcraft!"
Oh, and also too, you have to post some pictures on a Sunday so we can have another baby besides Donna Rose to "ooh and aah" over.I'm actually very unsure about posting photos of them. I don't know how fair it is to plaster a future person all over the Internet before they've had any say. Then again, if that's what the people want, and I'm a man of the people...
I hear you. We felt this way with Dubbya. But the gop sickness is worse now. We're planning on relocating outside U.S. as well. Even with a democrat in the White House 70%(!!!) of state officials are republican. This bullshit will continue I'm afraid.
