You can vote at the time, but if the election is close, then you have to truck on over to the county clerk to have it certified.It's hard enough getting people to their polling places one time, let alone go through security to stand in line at another gov't office with all your paperwork.
I don't have a concrete domicile XD it changes so much. That's why using my parent's place has always worked! idk what to do. I have to change my address on my license just to re-register to vote with my new address. The last time I had to go to the DMV (just to get my license reinstated after having a seizure a few years before, and having not had a seizure for years), the person working there whose office I was in made it clear that I could give him a "favor" to get my license back. When I didn't, he put me on some sort of "watch list"-type thing, where I had to speak over the phone with some nice lady a year later to get it back.
I didn't need to be on that "watch list" thing. I have had them under control for so long, I should've just gotten my license reinstated, and he put me on that list when I refused. He started recording the conversation AFTER I refused, saying "the government requires us to record these conversations." I still remember how sticky that guy's office was, it smelled so disgustingly smokey, and I social smoke. Smelled like Pall Malls. The gross chairs in there. I don't want to go into the DMV anymore.

I get all my important mail sent to my parent’s house because I’ve been moving around a lot since I left high school, and now my apartment is downtown and the mailbox is decidedly less secure than their house (also haven’t changed my license from their address yet, but that’s pure laziness.) Have I been committing the voter fraud?
I lived and voted there during the Russ Feingold glory days. He is still a hero to me. And Tammy Baldwin has still managed to survive.
But ... it's headed so much in the wrong direction. My friends are still in the Madison area for the most part, and they HATE what is happening.
Also: Ron Johnson should be stumping for Hershel Walker, because if HW is somehow elected, it would make Ron the SECOND stupidest member of the Senate.
