Are you being ironic in going to the Schlafly Tap Room? You do realize that it was founded by Phyllis' nephew.

I assume that the Wonketeers don't visit us up in the great frozen north because 1 DUI disqualifies you from entering Canada for 10 years, because... socialism? We have much better beer up here though, so think about it!

They do in <a href="http:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-398395\/Dog-takes-pub-No-10-bus.html" target="_blank">Yorkshire</a>. Surely Seattle is as civilized as the Tykes? The article doesn't mention if the barmaid was with the Russians too.

one time in norman OK we mistakenly gave cat #1 cat #2's sedative as well as cat #1's sedative (sedatives for calm cross country driving) so cat #1 got a double dose and then we spent the next 8 hours in a camry with a tweaking tabby til we got to albuquerque.

true story.

(cat #1 just passed away at the rip old age of 18. the camry died after its first year in LA).

Regarding St Louis, the Royale on Kingshighway is the traditional home of the left, but is not really convenient for transport or hotels, and has only on-street parking. Square One is more convenient for hotels, parking and transit (80 bus from Civic Center or Central West End Station), I also know their events manager which might help if anything needs to be booked in advance. If a lot of people will be coming from far south or west county, C.J. Muggs in Webster Groves might be worth a try.

Toronto surely qualifies for a drinky-thing since the exploits of that lovable scamp Rob Ford catapulted it to international fame.

I don't know about bigger. But the group will be funny, smart, easy on the eyes and will have a strong dislike for douchebaggery.
