As my momma pointed out to me yesterday - based on the way Pence's suit bunches up a little when he raises his arms, it sure as shit looks like he's wearing shoulder pads in his jacket. Seems that it's him and NOT Kaine who has a problem with the whole "broad shoulder" thing
