They were confused by my toothpaste and back scratcher, along with the baggage of about half the other travelers, to the tune of a 10 minute halt at security.

Jaxter update: he knows what the words sit, come, and up mean, and will perform them on request if a tube treat is involved. I think heβs got a general notion of what stay means, also. I am proud of him because this is just his third training session.
TBH, I made the decision to start him on some training out of self-defense. I just felt like I needed to do something to redirect that firecracker in a bottle level of energy. Iβm not a fan of clicker training. No shade to anyone who uses it, I just havenβt liked the results Iβve seen of people who do. May depend upon the Animal that youβre training. So, Iβm looking around for some other things I can do to get some ideas across to him.
Wild game @ Petco tonight! Jays starter Troy Yesavage had a bit of trouble locating home plate, issuing seven walks while getting only five outs. Friars hurler Walker Buehler wasnβt much better, lasting two innings while walking four. SD was up 7-4 after four, but then Vladdy launched a three run bomb to tie it in the sixth. Pads up 8-7 atm but itβs far from over. Fifteen total walks in the game so far.
I donβt watch football ever. Not our football, not actual football.
But Iβve watched several of the World Cup matches this time. I am astounded at the officials allowing the players to lean right into their faces and shout and whine about *everything*.
Sweet Jesus. I'm already over this Minnesota heat dome. I tidied up our cabin this afternoon, and I worked up a sweat vacuuming. There's maybe a 0.5 mph breeze, and it's not even cool. Ugh. Tomorrow is supposed to be worse.
Awesome movie, as usual, Movie Boss! I debated tuning, because I thought I had seen it before. But I don't think I did. Either way it was oodles better than the pity party I had brewing. Thanks!
