Then I asked Mrs. Hero if she was okay with me going on another casino run before dinner.
Long story short, today I won enough to restock the medicine cabinet, and the snack cupboard, and still could pay for take-out...and when it was all done, I had the exact amount I had when I started my run. And Mrs. Hero got to put a little more money toward her plane ticket. Viva la winning streak!

Base is key and mirror your base in your stock, is easy. Helps to have some of our vegetable stock concentrate, a few dried porcini.
Obviously it's whatever vegetables you have that are too limp to eat on their own now. Turn them into stock and at least get some flavor from them.
