You can call those bunnyhugs kangaroo farts if you want. We learned the term from my cousin. Well, really her wife. And now my daughters have been using that term for years. I met Tommy Douglas's grandson a few years ago at a convention. He 's a stand up guy.

The morning he started the voice-over for Rings he still hadn't come up with a voice. Then his cat coughed up a hairball and he had it! Seriously, I've heard him tell that story in interviews.

except in my Trinidad, CA, the lighthouse and those paths started to slip down the hillside late last year/early this year in the rains

The same thing appears to have happened to the road between Honeydew and Ettersburg. At least I got to see this after dodging the road slips (and hiking for a bit):

"Pop" is actually more of a Great Lakes-ism...noting that Canada's most populated region is around that area. "Pop" is what I grew up with in Michigan, having lived in California for 30 years I'm quite used to "Soda" and find "Pop" sounds strange when I visit family in MI.
