Bernie may have gone off the derp end with all the losing, and he may be an evil independent, but he still has a vastly democratic ideology that is needed in the senate right now. As does Warren. If Hillary plans to accomplish anything as president, I doubt she wil try to pluck anyone from Congress. Unless it's for the Swing State votes.

They almost all say they'd turn it down. Biden said "I'm not the guy" like 2 days before Obama announced he was the guy. It's almost the cool thing to demur, but I can't see anyone on that list actually saying no if she were to ask.

You still have to do the GOTV. You have to. Who cares if Kaine is a putz? It's the VP: he doesn't do squat.
But Virginia could elect a Republican to the Senate if he leaves, and that would Not Be Acceptable.
The only reason to choose him is to help her carry VA, which she will do anyway. So I doubt he's going to be the choice.
