Slightly more technical, it removed the stuff that referenced the "core responsibilities" idea that SCOTUS pulled out of its ass. As long as he tells a White House employee, nothing is illegal for the president anymore and so cannot be part of an indictment.

It goes very carefully through all the times his own lawyers were like "dude? nah" and all the times local Republicans stood up to his putrid ass, to get to the point where he conspiracies in a PERSONAL capacity and NOT AS PRESIDENT all the things.
I did notice more alluding to "Candidate tRump" and illegalities committed thereof...but, you can bet that SCOTUS will get a second bite of the immunity apple, for sure, during the next round of tRump appeals.
