Well, I'm not going to complain too much. I'm guilty of lazy mistakes every so often, and typos even more frequently.I like it here too much to object to a few grammatical errors and a bit of poor editing.

That's just a perk for executive. No fun of any kind for peons.

same. she should have just taken the money. maybe do some philanthropy stuff semi behind the scenes and be done with it.

she does. that's not an assumption.

that tumblr turned on her so hard is both awesome and not surprising. I should really fire up that good old vortex of weirdness again.

That happened three years ago. While Trump was in office Putin assumed there would be no reaction.

Because History isn't a record of what happened, it is what we remember to have happened.

Mine finally died 3 months ago and had to replace it. As usual an easy transition from one to the next. Don't wait until it's totally buggered or that gets much harder.

My only early adopter credit is with e-Readers. I used to have to travel a lot for work to fabulous places like Huntsville AL and Oak Ridge TN so I needed a lot of reading material to pass the time to keep me out of all of the bright lights in those big cities. I used to send myself a box of reading material through interoffice mail but that got limiting. So early Kindle was a godsend. I could read a book, buy a new one and still have room in my luggage for clothes. Plus I didn't have to go out and risk my immortal soul in those fleshpots of depravity.

Now, I mostly check out books from my library on Libby and buy e-copies of things I really want. It's been a huge boon to me and I don't really miss books at all.

We talk about the unfortunate backlash Jasmine received when they attempted to adapt Rocky Horror with a Harry Potter theme and a defiant middle finger at author J.K. Rowling.

I wish I was kidding, but Joanne's flying monkey squad has said before unironically that they think she's a deity of some sort and not just some mediocre writer who got lucky.
