I wouldn't make a blanket condemnation of South Dakota, and as someone else mentioned, asshats like this who constantly think terrorism is a big threat to South Dakota are too stupid to help. I wouldn't even mind if we worked out a deal to just swap both Dakotas to Canada, in exchange for, I don't know...the Maritime provinces? Hell, we'll Labrador too. Straight trade, no questions asked.
Please compare the number of deaths caused by 9/11 to the number of traffic deaths in your city. Terrorism is statistically irrelevant, go find something else to bellyache about and stop trying to make the entire world live in fear of ridiculously low risks.

As I'm reading Tapio's statement I'm thinking "this double-down will totally work for him...I bet he wins."
