OT: talked to my youngest earlier today. She and hubby usually go to church on Sundays, and their church has two services, so it's hard to miss one, unless you do on purpose. She told me that they were running late yesterday morning (blamed Babby Lucy), so they watched the Men's Gold Medal Hockey Game instead of going to church. They LOVE hockey, so I think that they were running late on purpose. Anyway, Babby Lucy and her parents saw the Men's team win gold for the first time in 46 years. The last time was before their time, of course, but not mine. I watched the Americans beat the USSR and then Finland for gold in 1980. I'm not a hockey fan, and had never watched a hockey game before USA vs USSR in 1980, but I was 19, the guys were cute, and there was that Cold War thing going on.
My house is the tiniest house in the neighborhood :D. Lots of big, old Queen Anne colonials. I used to be jealous, as a kid, of everybody's huge porches.
