1) Science instructors should be able to punt any question that might make their little fundie-creationist student snowflakes uncomfortable. Evolution is a theory that should be introduced, maybe in advanced college courses, and mocked immediately. Global warming should not be taught at all because it's just a conspiracy. Pregnancy by rape is just a theory that should be debunked, or at least punted, and pre-med students should be taught that women cannot get pregnant if they didn't secretly love the whole ordeal. There are more, but I'm depressing myself.
2) Cut this fucker to the bone and leave one or two offices to cover each state. Cut staff at each post and then make them do the work previously done by 326 other people. And then bitch and talk about doing away with it completely in a year because it's such an abysmal failure at doing its job.
