Man that was fast! Are you even up? I'm up because I've just watched the entire police interview with Michael Dunn the man who shot the boy because the music in the car was too loud. Which is totally interesting. And before that I watched about 20 episodes of a horrible UK show called Nightmare Next Door Neighbors. I guess I'll think of going to bed. But will I be able to sleep, with the bearded faces of those two people who I have bad feelings about, revolving in my head? I have to try, because the mourning doves tell me so. You better go to bed too. Or maybe you live in a different time zone and you just got up like a decent person!

Good article Stephen, but maybe the one we should talk to is a certain lawmaker from California who's been known to sue every fucking thing he can including a fictitious cow, his constituents, WAPO, a farmer, and McClatchy News

Devin "Moo" Nunes is the expert we should be consulting on any litigious behavior legislation!!!

Who's paying this place to push doomsday predictions?

This litigation theme is utter bullshit. Fuck them if they give employees the choice between working or getting fired with nothing. And no, in many, many parts of our formerly great nation, there's not the option of just getting another fucking shit job also contaminated with Covid virus. Republicans are sickening filth.

You nailed it. Thanks. I usually just lose my mind when I see lying filth like this.

Try to remind them that Russia is pushing complainers out the window, and so are they really so oppressed?

Reminds me of that embarrassing club they had-- when they were the Young Guns, remember? Somehow I just can't picturea Democratic parallel-- however hard I try.

You really don't know what the fuck you're talking about. If a business is negligent it means they acted unreasonably--outside the standard of care--of what a normal business in that area should be doing. The notion of limiting liability generally is akin to allowing someone to rob your home if you aren't there and they can get away with it. Blaming the trial lawyers for negligent behavior is stupid.

I think that's a proposal, not a statement of fact.
