When I first visited that pretty town I noticed a tiny old house with a sign that said Paris Milliner. And huge fields and a long drive with a sign that said Moorland Farm. And some other of those old houses. And then a part of the road where you had to drive 10 MPH because of birds nesting. There was a big AT&T building but it was tucked away-- it seemed that way to me tho maybe not to old-timers. Anyway I'm pretty sure they paid their taxes to the town, without digging any lakes in it. They'd bought Moorland Farms too I think and left it that way. Anyway I'm positive the Trump people will slow down on behalf of the nesting birds.
When New York State finally gets hold of Trump's tax returns and sues him for whatever is left after he pays off Deutschebank and the Russians, that golf course could make a nice place to build housing for some of those poor people.
