You're better off investing in sniper weaponry, close quarters door to door weapons or anti-tank/anti-helicopter weaponry (like LAW rockets and Stingers) IMHO.

Smart guns are a great idea and I'd be happy to own one. However, I expect that they will be prohibitively expensive. The problem is that normal responsible people won't be able to afford them and the folks that *can* afford them probably won't buy them.

I have found that when phasing in and out of reality it helps if the phase shift in degrees is a prime number.
I was once told a .22 squirrel rifle can be converted to a fully auto.
IIRC they went for short bursts because otherwise the barrels would overheat.
That's the way I remember the burst vs. full auto modes. M60's did have an overheating problem at constant fire.
