I was packing for my Scotland vacation and my husband asked if I was prepared to discuss US politics while there, because surely I'd be asked. I explained to him that I doubted anyone in Scotland gave a heelan coo's ass about Trump or our circus of an election. We avoided television but on the few times we ran across the news, it was about the beautiful warm temperatures and the horrors of the refuge crisis. NOT ONE WORD on Trump. The best vacations are the ones where you get to leave this crap show behind. Thank you, UK citizens for being more or less sane.
