It will take 292 house and 67 senate votes to obtain a supermajority vote. This is the key to accomplishing anything in the house or senate. The house and senate will be able to impeach Trump and his administration for their crimes and corruption.
The Democrats are the only ones that will stand against Trump. We have to vote out as many republicans as possible.

My mother, of blessed and cursed memory, knew what to do because she was a nurses' aide during WWII when so many of the nurses were deployed. She put me into a slush bath so I wouldn't die of convulsions (that's a bathtub filled with ice and ice water; if you've seen Adrian Lyne's film Jacob's Ladder, you're familiar). I couldn't eat. I subsisted on liquid Jell-O. My windows were covered with quilts so I wouldn't go blind. I am very fortunate I lived to tell the tale. Many did not, or were permanently disabled. Within a few weeks of recovering from that, it was time for chicken pox. I remembered Younger Sister having it, but didn't know whether I had or not. I had my PCP check my titers to see if I need Shingrix. Any number over 649 is immune; my number was 1,111 so I can't get chickenpox or shingles. Mumps was the following year. MMR vaccines are a medical blessing. Parents who don't vaccinate their kids are, IMHO, guilty of child abuse.
News spread in our local community yesterday warning that people may have been exposed to measles from one of two local businesses. Also, thanks to Whacky Whisky Pete in the Department of War Crimes we're now in a holy war meant to bring about Armageddon.

I've mentioned this several times. I missed the entire first month of first grade, due to whooping cough. The Board of Health had a large sign in front of our house, telling people that we were quarantined. My dad had to stay with his parents, so he could go to work; my mother was stuck in the house for a solid month with five children. She would have a quick conversation with dad at the front door every few days. Whooping cough sucked.

In other news, the state of Mississippi recently dramatically relaxed their vaccination rules, and recently a baby died of whooping cough, a totally preventable disease. First death from that in thirteen years - there will be more before the anti-vaxxers get locked back into their box again.
Having been a former religious person, I don't understand the objection to vaccinations -- didn't gawd give humans the gift of scientists? She gave brains to every human, including the girls, but there's no logic for failing to use the brains.
Okay, so maybe the way that God wants to heal you is by preventing you from getting sick in the first place, or by going to see a specialist who has a new miracle drug that will do the curing faster.

They really thought they had the ultimate 'gotcha' when they would yell that the statement applied to their refusal to wear a mask.

My previous primary care Dr was very religious and she told people this exact thing.
Sadly, it didn't extend to her thoughts about birth control. She did give women names of Dr's who did prescribe BC so I chose to respect her decision.
They’re already vaccinated by the blood of Jesus Christ…..duh.
If their beliefs really are sincere, they'd want to be vaccinated just like Jesus was.
