I said they would have it easy, the way they prefer, since I am an elderly invalid. His office has not responded.

Regarding workers in wheelchairs in the modern sedentary economy: One of the few careers that was available to a disabled person I knew was an inbound telephone operator. She was the only full time non-supervisor employee of the call center I worked at when I was in college. She was there every morning at 6AM and worked until 3PM; this gave her time to hit the doctor in the afternoon if she needed it.
The problem is that these are the very jobs that companies are determined to eliminate with AI.
