Cat: I will not rest until every item on every horizontal surface is batted off, and then batted under some other horizontal surface. Nothing will distract me from this pursuit... except this hair that is out of place on the back of my forearm that demands immediate attention.I am not a licensed mental health professional, but..
Kamala's canned vapid personal attack only proves she'll never get over Tulsi destroying her campaign. Then again, it's hard to take someone polling at 0-1 percent seriously.
My first choice was Harris, but I will probably switch to Warren. At this point the key is beating Biden. He doesn't actually have that much support, but it's not split the way the progressives are. Once again I see Sanders as a spoiler. He isn't even a Dem and his many years in Congress don't show many major accomplishments. I think Dem congresscritters might not be happy working with him given how much he snipes at the Dem party.
I don't think Mayor Pete is qualified and we do have several well-qualified candidates. The transition is going to be tough and knowing who's who and what's what in Washington is a huge advantage. I think he'd be a great VP and future Pres and I would vote for him, but he's not my first choice. I also suspect his campaign will have tough times in future states. An early caucus in a white state is not representative.
Like you, I'll vote for any of the Dem candidates.
A lot of them really don't care about women's rights. I had a Bernie or Buster tell me in 2016 "who cares about abortion? It's just a wedge issue created by feminists. Stop voting with your vagina."
South Bend isn't a huge town and I suspect that Pete's candidacy is the first time many have been interested in the place. I've seen some articles that describe his term and policies there, but don't know which are credible. Would be great to get some insight from someone more familiar. It would also be great if he'd clarify some of his policies, positions and intentions. Yes politics is a moving target, but the process of articulating a plan has its own value - often more than the plan itself. It's a bit of homework I'd like to see from Pete (and Andrew Yang - not everything is addressed with his thousand dollars).
A distinction without a difference, I'd say. Nobody with the spotlight on them to that degree can ever afford not to take the long view into account.

Understood.
That and a sick need for attention of any kind.

To fumigate the entire White House they will have to tent it first.
Moving the Trumps out is optional.

Yup, I go to Truthdig and their forums look exactly like Brietbart's forums to me.

Huh. Thought I was the only one who felt that way about Mitchell.
Not widely.
