Ta, Robyn. I wish I didn't know about any of these Tates.

DemoCat's avatar

“they perceive this as an exploitative use of the legal system.” That’s how they perceive it. They are dismayed. Weird how wingers like Tate and Trump keep getting exploited by the legal system. Even outside the U.S. Evidently everywhere the Tate boys go they find themselves accused of and charged with sex crimes. You hate to see it.

subterrene's avatar

About time the charges were piled on. I just read in the Bruin Republican post about how they retweeted Tate demonizing Europe as a place where "white girls get raped". Tate would know, he's been raping them

I don’t believe in karma as a cosmic force, but I do believe in the law of averages. The more criming you do, the more likely it is that will get caught. And once you’re on the authorities’ radar, the more scrutiny you will receive and the more likely they will uncover more crimes you’ve committed.

Obviously, there are other factors in play such as being rich may help insulate you or being an asshole about criming on the internet will make it more likely you’ll get caught.

TL: DR Version: The Tate brothers fucked around and found out. And it couldn’t happen to a more deserving pair.

Right, Adin Ross, thank you very very much.

Here's streamer Adin Ross accidentally revealing Andrew Tate's alleged plan to flee Romania — a lawyer for Tate accusers in the UK confirms to me that Ross's video was what prompted Tate's arrest today on concerns that he would become a fugitive.

I’m not gonna lie: I could watch Andrew Tate being marched into jail all day. It makes my heart do a little dance.

Are they selling tickets?

Because I would want one

As usual I wish an untreatable anal itch that randomly goes away for 10 to 30 minutes every 4 to 14 days on the Tate brothers.

OT: CNN headline -- "Many Republicans plan to skip House GOP retreat as they grumble about location and spending time with one another"

Huh... it's almost like they plowed all their energy into being insufferable little shits. And now they reap what they've sown.

Emil Muz's avatar

Didn't they just have a "retreat"? The one where Barely Speaker Johnson had a camp revival...

Right??

Looking for that "c" word -- "conviction"

For avowed misogynists, they want to visit "Mummy" in hospital as their excuse for planning an respite from jail?

Seriously, they want to rely on a dying/sick WOMAN? Man up, snowflakes. If you've got Mummy issues, too fuckin' bad. You made your bed of ballsacks, pizza deliveries, and physical violence. Deal with it. Like a man. Don't go crying to Mummy.

“Bad people always get what’s coming to them” Well, everyone dies eventually but a) death is too good for some and 2) these right wing douchebags tend to die way too old, wealthy and free.

I'm far from an advocate of it, but some people experiencing awful things that don't kill them just doesn't hurt my feelings any.

She's going to crash & burn soon, right?

I'm so tired of her

"M"'s avatar

You know what amazes me about this (except in some ways not, as we've al had our experiences with The Larger Dem Machine) --

-- she started her political career, such as it is, as an HRC blogger

I can't help but wonder how badly the Dem Machine just neglected her development to make her turn her coat like that

'Brigitte Macron’s biological daughter, who the New York Post described as a “lookalike” to highlight the absurdity of the conspiracy theory, also weighed in on the claims. Brigitte Macron has three children with her first husband.'

Looks like Candy has already lost...when the NY Post won't back you up, you're well and truly SOL

The thing I noted about that, besides it just being so stupid, is that conservatives claim to be fiercely patriotic, but yet she casts doubt on one of the most singularly amazing things America ever did.

i was wondering recently what had happened to Candace Owens. then i realized that i don't give a shit. plus there's also the Beetlejuice/Candyman rule -- i didn't want to invoke her presence merely by mentioning her enough times.

Owens is just psychopathically bigoted against anyone who doesn't *think like her.

*It demands clarification that Candace Owens does not "think" in any rational, valid context recognized by cognitive science.
