My studio certainly has a lot of hot vinyasa classes, but we also have unheated vinyasa, Hatha, and restorative classes. I can even focus on restorative yoga when I do the teacher training course.

Oh, I like yoga and pilates a lot. I can only find "hot yoga" and paddleboard yoga in my town, though. My favourite pilates tape was on VHS, and it finally broke.
The funny part is that I know I would love the flying part, but like Holly, I would stop at the edge of the mountain. I just couldn't jump. The other part I don't think I'd like too much is the landing. I've always wanted to try parasurfing, too. I see guys doing it down at the tip of Folly Beach, and it looks like so much fun. I asked one of the guys how much the equipment costs and he said "about $2000." That put the kibosh on that one.

I'd like to say "soon" but it probably will be more like spring or summer. I've never been to M'sV, but I've always thought it looked really pretty. I love all the little cottages.
