Especially now that Germany has decided to remilitarize. Good luck with that one!

You are correct that civilians dont salute bit in his role as Commander in Chief, the President can and does salute. Although normally not to our enemies

That's bad enough but is also a traitorous pro-Russian/Putin Commie sympathizer.

Oh, I know about the hazing, I just thought it was interesting how TFG of course was for it, but even then he had someone else do it.

Also the NYMA is very interesting...

"On March 3, 2015, NYMA filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, and was sold at auction to Chinese-owned foundation Research Center on Natural Conservation Inc. which reopened the school in November 2015. The Research Center then poured millions of dollars into the campus to support instruction and capital improvements"

and...

"In earlier decades, NYMA's official regulations permitted a certain level of hazing and physical discipline by supervisors and older cadets, although the academy's senior administrators were forced to resign after a particularly severe incident in 1964.While hazing later became forbidden by the school's rules and policies, a lawsuit was settled in which it had been claimed that physical and emotional abuse in the form of hazing had taken place in 2005. NYMA cited adverse publicity from the 2005 incident as one of the reasons the school nearly closed in 2010." Wikipedia

It almost seems as if TFG had been running it, really approved of the hazing, and ran in into the ground and sold it to the Chinese!

As someone who's a big fan and believer in diplomacy stuff like this makes me die a little inside.

Well, I can almost say that myself, but I do dislike them a lot because I inherited a fear of dogs from my mother. But I do not wish any harm on them or any other animals, except annoying bugs.

So I wonder if TFG also has a fear of dogs, whether inherted or because some dog(s) bit him and scared him at one point.

Uh, the North Korean government is not TFG's enemies...

Same problem here regarding my family, and I don't have the first clue how to talk to them about it. How do you convince a cult member they're part of a cult?

Well, to give you more facts. If you're living in Kharkiv or the Donbass, Russia is 30-50 miles away and the nearest NATO country is 400-700 miles away, which during the East European winter and on East European roads is not "next door".Second, Russia is not lacking for food. It's got a declining population so it's not really lacking for lodgings either.Third, any Ukrainian who wishes to enter Russia and professes sympathy for the Russian regime is at no risk of prison.

Finally, if you're interested about the preventive evacuations in DPR and LPR, here are a few links.

The likely reason Putin didn't invade while Trump was president is that he had Donald working 24/7 on his money laundering duties. Best to get the money out before you crash the Russian economy.P.S. Still waiting to see those tax returns, Donnie!

Trump is just upset that he didn't get the chance to send the Marines in to take Odessa and help Putin with his win.

When you have Trump actively trying to destroy NATO, why would you give anyone an excuse to keep it together? It was only after Putin saw how President Biden had quickly repaired the alliance of the damage Trump had done and had pulled it together that he felt he had no other option but to finally go in.

"we're going to be treated to years of Hunter Biden's "crimes" and Hillary's emails."Oh, there'll be that, but I've got less confidence in them stopping at kangaroo court proceedings and media smoke screens. The right-wing, religious reactionaries in this country believe they are in a WAR for the soul of the United States of Jesus, Trucks and Guns. All options are on the table for them. Do not discount their desire to BE Russia, right down to the gulags and 'disappearances'. They are nuts, but deadly serious.

How else will their suburban enclave know how conspicuous of a consumer they are? Big tough people drive big tough trucks, ya know. All the better to shove those wimp-mobiles around on the highway.
