OMG, the same thing is happening here in Chattanooga. As part of Pride week, there was a family friendly drag show that got our county mayor's panties in a wad.
I’ve been to the Drag Brunch once at the Miami restaurant in question. And living a block from Palace in Miami Beach, was there so many times I can’t even begin to estimate.Anyway, DeSantis threatening to pull the liquor license was so maddening.And the restaurant owner bowed down “we’re so sorry, we won’t do it again.” That pissed me off even more. Fight this crap!!And I wish the mother in question had spoken out “how dare you tell me how I can raise my child”.
And DeSantis has commercials going nonstop with letters from constituents saying “ thank you for restoring and enforcing our freedoms”. So nauseating.
