That lady needs to check her diploma to see if it says "Juris Doctor" or "Medical Doctor." Then, she might want to check the statutes about practicing medicine without a license.
I gotta tell ya, I don't personally know anyone in prison, but I do know my fair share of cis guys. Not a one of them would give up their wang to live in a women's prison instead of the dude's. No matter how awful their particular prison may be.
