Two minds with but a single thought Oh, golly goodness, it would appear that there is once again discord in the House That Ailes Built. After taking a brief vacation, Fox's Megyn Kelly returned to the network Monday night, and Donald Trump drunk-tweeted a bunch of mean stuff about her. (We are not accusing Mr. Trump of being a drunkard, of course -- we know
Yeah - his comment, "Go back to Univision" sounded a leeeetle bit too much like "Go back to Mexico". Odd that Trump said he "didn't know the guy" which, if true, makes his remark even more racist-y. Afterwards, I saw a tweet in Spanish that "Trump is one step away from being America's Hitler". Hoo boy! Didja hear that? It was sound of Trump flushing every Hispanic and Latino's vote down the crapper.ETA: I had to laugh when Jorge was basically trying to tell The Donald that Univision polls showed a 75% disapproval rating, Trump interrupted him with "I haven't even started yet."
My point was more about Trump and his standing with Latinos. If Ramos was wrong on the Iraq war, he should be held accountable. Frankly, I don't particularly like the guy, but he has been an advocate-journalistically and financially-of Humane Borders, an organization I avidly support.
on 5. The wall was mainly symbolic, the minefield, the dogs, the armed guards and the (new german compound word here, for those who enjoy such things) Selbstschussanlagen were the main deterrents.
The more I watch Trump the more I see my experience in Public Accounting. Business owners talking shit about issues they know nothing about, but because they're managers they know everything.
Trump knows shit about government and foreign relations, and how much he knows about business is arguable (how many bankruptcies?) but what he does know is marketing, and American elections are far more about marketing than anything else. Yes, the crowd he's selling to probably hurts him in the long run, but they might win him the primaries.
And I agree with you that anyone blinkered enough to get it wrong on Iraq is fairly suspect. A shitload of ordinary folk-like me and you-saw the impending catastrophe from day one. Excuses don't fly.
Sissy slap party FTW
"packed with nastiness and baked with hate"
Oooh, I wanna play!Y u such a meanie to The Donald?Nice rack
Who's next?
The schadenfreude, my head 'asplodes.

This thread needs ponies....
Bob Marley Shot the Sheriff
"And so Roger Ailes, the Boss of All the Leggy Newsblondes, whose legs he has personally vetted for their journalistic skills"
Also too, boobs. I don't know if he personally vetted them, but let's not leave out their journalism skills.
Well now he's getting into slap fights with male Univision reporters, so branching out?

The diversity awareness training is paying off.

Shocking to see the mouthbreathers siding with ¡Trump! on this one. Ah, well. Everybody's gotta love somebody sometime.
