Then sets the bin sideways almost in the road, presenting a traffic hazard especially if it's windy. But the driver never gets out of the truck

I've had the same two guys for a number of years. From my brief encounters with them, I can say they are both very courteous ,well spoken, and I would hazard to guess fairly well educated. For whatever reasons they chose to do that job, I'm damn glad they did. Where would we be without them?
