I think it's a plurality (Russia, Israel and the Saudis) and it's unclear whether these actors are countries or oligarchies burrowed in those countries.

1) Impeach the bastard posthaste even if the Senate will never convict. Problem is, Drumpf will claim he was exonerated and rally his base, increasing his chances of being re-elected.
2) Avoid impeachment talk, run on the issues and beat trump at the polling booth. Problem here it may demoralize Dem voter turnout, again increasing Broke-a-hontas’ re-elect chances.
The better strategy is to hold a steady stream of investigations all the way up to Election Day and let voters “convict” the bastard.The 8 or 9 Benghazi hearings had no other purpose than to drive up “Crooked” Hillary’s negatives and dig up more dirt for campaign talking points.There are so many lines of investigative hearing material that would keep trump apologists defending the indefensible in hearing after hearing and drive media cycles with new trump crime family dirt exposed day by day.
