I took care of a Yorkie terrier, Bellingham or just "Mr. B" for short, in his last days when Jean couldn't have him where she lived; he was about 20 years old and better travelled than most humans: from New Orleans, had been to Yukon, Paris, and Washington state before California. He had a cancer in his jaw that gave him a wry smile and the vet said it was inoperable but slow. He was still a joy to be with, but there came a day he didn't like eating or his walkies or anything, and it was time. Jean said that this must have been why I came into her life at that time, because she doubted she could have done it.
Happy to help! I don't know what o would do without you guys! Nobody else covering the news really speaks my language (that being potty mouth) and I appreciate you! 😻
You know, $5 is easy. If you are dead broke, it’s one thing. Even Medicaid requires a $3 copay and they expect folks to manifest it out of thin air. But if you aren’t dead broke, you have a onetime $5 donation in you. It doesn’t need to be a recurring monthly donation to help get Wonkette back on track. $5 is a coffee nowadays.
I noticed non-comments dropping off last month and began to worry that something was amiss. Burnout? News too slow to ding the outrage meter? Errbody just tired from the holidays? But I did see an uptick in trolling. They are like parasites who set in when they see a weakness. I don’t participate or post on any other site. I might read in other places, but I don’t comment ever. Wonkette has the quality of content and conversation I prefer. The internet is a cesspool and places like this, where you can access so many minds, educators, political allies, artists, and creative thinkers, is rare. Putting up with occasional trolling, or just the normal amount of bs from people, is well worth it in order to still interact with the majority of non-commenters, and to get to discuss the articles in this forum. I’d sorely miss it if it weren’t here. So, pony up the $5 this one time and probably re-evaluate your life choices too.
Now that Twitter is a hellhole Russian propaganda site (or at least run by a Russian asset, yes, looking at you Elooon), I appreciate Wonkette EVEN MORE than I ever did. I get my daily news here (and with a heaping helping of snark, which makes it go down much easier). Do you? Then pitch a bit into the tip jar. I did. Yay, Wonkette!
While I'm a monthly subscriber, I just sent a one-time bump because I can and because Robyn and Evan and Liz and SER and Hooper and Martini Glambassador and the rest of the Usual Gang Of Idiots make me happy.
If this were the SEC or FINRA I could look for an FAQ to answer my questions, like I do.
1.1 how can I find out if you are still getting monthly moneez from me in 2023 via PayPal?
1.2 If I am also making monthly donations with PayPal and want to send you a big one time chunk a change also via PayPal, will that interfere with my monthly donations?
Folks, dig dip and give 'til it hurts (a little). We all know we can't live without this site, so DO IT! DO IT NOW!
And Patreon it’s easy-peasy I’m still worried about their cut and if there’s a better method tho.

Ted Cruz is a festering ass boil, but enough about his assets. He's a sebaceous cyst on the body politic.
Fuck Ted Cruz with Mangolini's little mushroom.

Oh, hey, @RSchoenkopf:disqus
My regularly scheduled PayPal payment went through as it was supposed to. I'll bump it up next month!
@RSchoenkopf:disqus Yay, my February PayPal payment processed today without issue.

My default is to send you a check.
1.1 email me and I will look you up.
