Hi all, long-time lurker but never posted. I'm a monthly donor though, which I thought had forced me into creating a Disqus account in order to make it happen, but apparently what I have is a "Wonkette" account instead. Had to figure out how to create a Disqus account just to say this:

there is nothing worse than "drinking liberally" what a total bunch of losers. drinking with vague political notions unexplored and unthinking, desperately at loose ends in life begging for any idiot to come pay for a bender. that's probably too long for them and their attention spans are short. that's how you insult them, by assuming they are lost after the 8th word and will never read beyond it.
