This. I just explained this to my dad, old generally liberal white dude who got on the "why don't black people improve their culture" horseshit. I said, my white boy middle class husband had exactly TWO bad run ins with the cop over a forty-year life. Those two were enough to poison his well. How corrosive do you think egregious policing and stop and frisk might have been on the black culture?
