They told her her whole life how lucky she was, how they saved her from heathens (despite the fact that Korea is almost as Christian as America), and how perfect she'd be except for the whole being Asian thing. There's a large subset of that group for whom adopting children of color is a path to grace, because they believe that you can't be whole if you're not at least nominally white.
Did Rod Rosenstein also put a stop to the investigation of Trump's finances, which are obviously important to understand in terms of the Russian government's control over him?
The people who shrug and say, "Well, shouldn't have brought your kids here illegally," are probably the same people who defend white "All-American" boys who've been charged with rape by saying, "One moment of bad judgement and their whole future is ruined! Is that RIGHT?"
One of the amazing thing about this administration is their ability to have pride in their cruelty while at the same time, denying any responsibility for implementing it once the blowback hits.
