The Presidential Advisory Commission on Electoral Integrity is off to a roaring start! Can't you just feel the integrity? When Donald Trump's existential need to prove that HE DID TOO win the popular vote met Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach's lifelong dream of taking his ratfucking agenda nationwide, they bumped their uglies and produced the PACEI.
When we wrote to Maryland AG in advance of his scathing FU to Kobach, noted that the State House in Annapolis would likely be surrounded ten-deep if some bullpuckey federal commission had asked for each state's gun owner rolls. You know how those RWNJs just hate the gummint gettin' all up in their grille.
It would also show his kids registered as Democrats. Remember when they couldn't vote for Daddy in the primary because they hadn't filed the paperwork to change their party affiliation in time?
If they were serious they would just request a hash of full name, DoB, and SS#. That would uniquely identify every voter and give the feds no actual information about individual voters. Any records lacking those three things would have to be (correctly I believe) considered insufficiently unique to be used. Any duplicates could be sent back to the state for identification and ideally additional investigation.
But this is a fishing expedition not an actual investigation...
