Best case scenario: Trump-Cruz supporters not hospitalized in the yoooge biker brawl in Cleveland split the GOP, w. Donald going indy, Cruz going indy, and Mitt emerging victorious with the Unicorn nomination; in Nov. receiving 5% of the vote, while Trump and Cruz split the remaining 30% of the national vote. Meanwhile [insert your fav Dem candidate] pulls 65% of the popular vote and sweeps all states but Utah (which Mitt barely wins).

Despite your glorious avatar, I hope you're joking.

The best part about Trump is he's actually bitching about THINGS HE HIMSELF IS DOING ALL THE TIME, like shipping his jobs to China and Mexico, or hiring undocumented workers over Americans all the time. He's the most filthy con man and hustler and it is just unbelievable to watch the rubes circling around for their snake oil.

Well, in Hillary's case, pretty much all the time? Like when she represented a state with 28 million citizens and the 8th largest economy in the world, or when she endlessly meets with world leaders, or when she sits coolly through an 11 hour partisan grilling, or even way back when, when she tried her damnedest to bring us single payer?

That's exactly why I went for Obama last time, because of the Iraq vote. Also, I wasn't sure if she would have a co presidency or how it would work. Her stint as SoS convinces me that she is ready this time. I wish she did come across better sometimes. But I have to wonder what people would say if she looked like Sarah Palin, because, to me, no one sounds more grating than a sarcastic and scolding Palin, but I don't see anyone talk about her voice.

I have no doubt in the world that HRC cares about children, and I don't know what would make anyone else question it either, at least on the left. The one place Sanders didn't win in MI was Flint, so at least to them, she seemed like the one with the solutions.

I really don't get why these news people still have him on to talk about the election. He was on earlier today with Andrea Mitchell and frankly, it just makes her look stupid for allowing him to open his mouth hole.

At least Trump as President would ignite protests. If the Hill wins, all the enthusiasm of the Berners will drain into apathy and despair, because what's the use?

Some "we hate Hillz" media source picked this up as an actual news item, and one of the more BernieBro-ish of my FB acquaintances posted it to his timeline, complete with gigantic, outraged hissy-fit of the "well what does she expect??" variety.

Since this is the same dude I've wrangled with before over his sources - Captain "Progressive" regularly posts shit from The Weekly Standard, The Daily Caller, The Blaze, and Dead Breitbart's Home for Butthurt Idiots without pausing to wonder whether what he posts might be skewed just a tad by some ulterior motive - it felt awfully good to drive my point home by telling him "ummm, that's a Borowitz piece... it's satire."

That can be very tricky for a chick, though. While her tiny little moment of getting choked up last time around made some people see her as more genuine, the whole incident was blown so far out of proportion that for way too many people, it fed the narrative that she was too emotional, because female, to be president.
