1. I am definitely not a Fox News fan. 2. Megyn Kelly and Shepard Smith are the only two people at Fox News that don't make me want to throw up. 3. I'll be open minded and give her a chance to come around at NBC. I certainly don't expect that she'll be a Trump-toadie and maybe we'll see if she has some points of view that were repressed at Fox News, now that she's with NBC.

He is a charming fellow, despite being handsome, talented, and married to a supermodel.

From my perspective, Kelly's gonna need to prove that she's risen above pure partisan hackery before I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt. Nor can I say that my expectations on the matter are exactly stratospheric. My guess? Same shtick, different network.

It's interesting to me that Kelly's fans use the acronym FNC. I haven't seen that before. Is Fox News trying to distance itself further from the FOX brand?

Anyone who doesn't put on the network supplied kneepads when approaching Donald Trump has to leave FOX. Any network that doesn't keep the teeter totter firmly grounded on the right side of the fulcrum at the playground is obviously biased to the left.

With all the coverage of Ms Kelly moving on to greener (or at least less facist-y) pastures I find I'm encountering a lot of folks playing up the idea that Megan wasn't as bad as the rest of the clown car over there (high bar I know) and that she 'held her own' under constant attack from DJT. Yet, to my mind, all I can think of is the exchange during her "hard hitting" interview where she was giggling while he allowed her to pull on his hair.

I'm not sure we need to wake the Peabody people, the second coming of Ida Tarbell she is not.

But I am tickled to see the right's ice queen abandon ship. Anything that gives the Fox viewership the sads is A OK in my book.

How dare you go to NBC which is nothing but an arm of the DNC? At least FOX News is fair and balanced and totally NOT the propaganda arm of the Republican Party!

You can tell I'm not serious, because I couldn't even type that with a straight face. These idiots on the other hand actually BELIEVE that.

Like it or not, the legend of St Nick is based on an actual, documented, living and breathing human being. His story and many iterations of that story, are told and retold across almost every nation in the Western World and have been for over a thousand years. Santa Claus ("Saint [Nico]las") is thus a cultural archetype, representing the virtues of kindness, generosity and the protection of esp. children. Further, as an archetype, Santa Claus is very much a "real" thing.

That the caricature of St Nicolas has become stereotyped as a "white" man is neither here nor there - the underlying archetype is alive and vibrant in the modern world. To deny that fact is to deny and/or ignore the hopes, wishes and aspirations of millions upon millions of people.

Granted, Megyn is paid to be controversial, but how you derive "stupid and racist" from that is pretty sad, BUT, in a nutshell, your statement pretty much illuminates one of the prime reasons why smug, so-called "reality-based" liberals lost to a buffoonish narcissist.

Have a good New Year..
